A story that began in Milan… and continues worldwide
Our journey started in 2008 under the name Dounya Com, when we managed the Arabic version of the official website of AC Milan, one of the world's most prestigious football clubs.
This challenge opened the doors to true professionalism in sports media and services. Despite a temporary pause, we continued working behind the scenes — gaining experience and building strong relationships across Italy and Europe.
Today, we return under the name Dounya Calcio with a renewed vision:

Dounya Calcio is dedicated to continuous training for coaches coming from the East, the Middle East, and the Arab world.
Its multiple relationships with Italian and European clubs have allowed it to build a bridge to transfer European coaching expertise beyond the continent. For this reason, we work year-round with our partners to offer suitable programs for coaches who wish to update their knowledge and experience, discover the top Italian and European coaching schools, through precise and focused programs that align with the latest developments in the field.
Sports Managers Training
Sports management, especially in football, has become an independent discipline that relies more on experience and advance planning. In this context, Dounya Calcio has the ability to offer Arab managers and those coming from the
East the opportunity to undertake a valuable experience within the administrations of certain European clubs and
private institutions responsible for player management.
This experience will undoubtedly have a positive impact on those who pursue it, as they learn the professional
working methods of European managers and get closer
to this world.
Player Tryouts
Over many years, we have built important relationships with
Italian and European clubs that have qualified us to establish
agreements aimed at facilitating the process of bringing
players from all over the world to undergo trials that evaluate
their level and performance, and help them transfer to other
clubs (this process is governed by multiple conditions and
requires direct contact with us). We also work through
player agents in Europe and European companies specializing
in transfer market deals to facilitate player transfers
between the Arab world and Europe.
Sports Journalist Training
Our organization, Dounya Calcio, works to establish a bridge
between officials at media departments of Arab and other clubs,
to provide training and experience at one of the leading
European clubs, while also enabling sports journalists and
reporters to undertake a professional experience at one of
the leading media institutions in Italy and Europe.
